All the bikes we have are customized. 

We recommend these two basic customizations:

The Schwalbe Marathon Kevlar reflective tire because they are great for City riding and extremely durable.  I have seen some of these tires wear out to slicks without a single flat!

The dual-pivot brakes for both front and back.  Brompton comes standard with the dual-pivot front and high-leverage back brakes. The high-leverage have a tendency to go off center and can be very difficult to adjust especially if you have a rack.
